AI Guys is a trading name operated by a sole trader based in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, United Kingdom(“we”, “us”). These terms cover your use of this website and, at a high level, how our engagements work. Individual projects are governed by the written proposal and quote agreed for that project.
Prices shown on this website are indicative starting points. Every engagement is quoted as a fixed price in writing before work begins, and that written quote is what applies. If a job takes us longer than quoted, the price does not change.
The free 30-minute chat and the free written AI audit are provided in good faith and without obligation on either side. The audit is directional guidance, not formal consultancy advice — decisions you take based on it are your own.
Unless a project agreement says otherwise, on full payment you own the systems we build for you, including source code and documentation. Third-party services those systems use (AI providers, hosting, messaging platforms) remain subject to their own terms and fees, which you are responsible for.
AI systems are probabilistic. We build guardrails, checkpoints and testing into everything we ship, but no AI system is guaranteed to be error-free. Builds include a post-launch support period as stated in the project quote; beyond that, support is available via retainer.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a project is capped at the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
