You already pay for the tools. They just do not talk to each other, so someone types the same details into both. We wire them together so the job happens on its own, without anyone having to remember.
Most small businesses run on four or five tools that each do their bit and nothing else. The gaps get filled by a person copying and pasting. It is slow, easy to get wrong, and only happens when that person is in.
A form that fills the spreadsheet and messages your phone, with nobody in the middle
New enquiries into your CRM with the details already filled in
The weekly report built from your sheets and sent on schedule
Invoices chased politely and automatically, so you are never the one asking
Rebuilding the flow that keeps breaking, properly this time
Checking London planning applications took someone a full working day, every day, across councils that all use different systems. It now happens overnight, ready on a dashboard by morning.
120,000+
records collected without anyone checking a website
Chasing the same invoices every month, and being the one who has to ask
Re-typing a customer’s details out of the email and into the system
Rebuilding the same report every Friday afternoon from the same four tabs
Copying an order from the booking form into the spreadsheet, then into the accounts
Answering the question you have already answered forty times this month
It is the question underneath most first enquiries and it deserves a sum rather than a slogan, so here is ours with the assumptions showing.
One four-hour-a-week job, costed
4 hours a week × 46 working weeks × £14 an hour. The hourly figure is roughly what a £24,000 salary works out at once employer National Insurance and pension are on top.
A from £500 automation is bought once. The 184 hours come back every year after that.
This is an illustration with our assumptions showing, not a promise about your business. Put your own hourly cost and your own hours in and the shape of the answer holds; the number will not be ours.
from £500 for one job joining two or three tools, whether or not it needs a reading step. £300 for a chatbot. All of those sit inside the starter band, £300–£1,500, fixed. Save two hours a week and it has paid for itself in a couple of months.
Often not, and we will say so. Call us when it gets brittle, when it needs a judgement step the tool cannot make, or when the monthly bill has overtaken what building it properly would have cost.
Most things with a login: spreadsheets, accounting software like Xero, Sage and QuickBooks, CRMs, email, WhatsApp, booking systems, payment providers. If a tool has no way in there is usually still a route, and we will say whether it is worth the effort.
Tested before handover, documented in plain English, with 30 days of support after launch. After that you run it yourself — you own it — or you can put us on the support plan at £150/mo per system. The support plan starts when the 30 days included with every build run out. Nothing is charged before that. That is optional and you can stop whenever you like.
Usually a week or two. You get a date along with the price, and it does not move.
